We clean and properly finish tile, stone, vinyl, and specialist floors including Amtico and Karndean, restoring the surface rather than just wiping over it.

The best time to deal with a stain is before it happens. Our protective treatment creates a barrier on carpet and upholstery that stops the next spill soaking in and setting giving you time to clean it up properly instead of watching it become permanent.

Not every damaged carpet needs replacing. A burn mark, a snag, a patch worn through by a chair leg, or an accidental tear can often be repaired invisibly — for a fraction of the cost of a new carpet. We offer two repair methods depending on the damage:

Re-tufting — for small, isolated damage (burns, small snags, tiny holes), we hand-tuft new fibres into the exact spot, matching pile and colour so the repair disappears into the carpet. A skilled, painstaking process which is why it's reserved for damage this small and precise.

Heat-seaming — for larger damaged areas, we cut out the affected section and seam in a matching piece of carpet (from an offcut or spare remnant), heat-bonding the join so it sits flush and secure, without a visible seam line.

Ideal for: burns, tears, worn patches, pet damage, and offcut repairs — a targeted fix instead of a full replacement.
